Software Development Engineer in Test Intern

Paid internship, Pay Range $22.84 to $33.13, 15 – 25 hours per week, flexible around your class schedule.
Description of duties:
Be a part of the SPIE QA Team. Use your skills and knowledge to successfully collaborate on the design and development of automated tests for API, web, and mobile solutions. You will help maintain and improve our websites, apply your skills to real world systems, and test applications used by over 250,000 constituents from the optics and photonics disciplines.
Education & Experience Requirements
Current college students only please. Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Programming, Software Engineering, and/or other technology related degrees students preferred. 3 years completed towards your major with at least 1 year of experience in software development preferred. Knowledge in some of the following areas is required: ASP.NET, MVC, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL and Microsoft Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code. Must understand the Software Development Lifecycle and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
