Project Management Intern

Paid internship, Pay $23.00/hour, 15 – 20 hours per week, flexible around your class schedule.

Description of duties: The Project Management Intern role provides project, process, and operational support specifically for Lens.org customer and business workflows. This internship is intended for a current college student or recent graduate interested in business operations, project management, customer support, SaaS product operations, or technology-enabled process improvement.

Under the direction of the Manager, Enterprise Projects, and in support of the Lens.org Director of Product and Director of Business Development, you will learn and support day-to-day operational processes including Zendesk customer support, trial setup, lead screening, customer communication, documentation, and workflow improvement.

Education & Experience Requirements:

1. Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a degree or certificate program in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, Information Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
2. Prior internship, coursework, volunteer experience, campus employment, customer service, administrative support, research support, or project coordination experience helpful but not required.
3. Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ticketing systems, CRM tools, project-management tools, spreadsheets, or similar systems preferred.
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, learn new tools, and follow through on assigned work.

Location: Physical work location in Bellingham, WA. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.  The employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
