Exhibition Sales Coordinator

Full-time, 40 hours per week position available, with flexible work hours.

 

Description of duties: Primarily focused on the detailed organization of exhibitor, sponsorship, and advertising contracts and related communication, this is a high customer engagement position responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.  The exhibition sales coordinator contributes to the planning, implementation, and documentation of sales activities, assisting the sales team to ensure accuracy of order details and the maintenance of records.

 

Education & Experience Requirements: Proven record of working with a team dedicated to serving an exhibitor community or equivalent experience for 3+ years. We are looking for someone who enjoys coordinating, organizing, maintaining records, and appreciates that attention to details is key to a successful event and a satisfied customer.

Compensation includes:  Competitive wage, annual discretionary bonus, defined contribution retirement plan with additional company match and paid-time-off plan beginning at 31 days per year.

Location: Physical work location in Bellingham, WA. Occasional telecommuting may be available for this position.
