Accounting Data Entry Clerk III

Part-time, 20 hours per week position available, with flexible work hours.
Description of duties: This position is primarily responsible for management of third-party online billings, filling out vendor/supplier forms, processing payments in CRM software and following up with customers or department managers on outstanding invoices and other order entry processing.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent, relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years office experience is required
- Customer Service experience handling sensitive conversations with customers (1-2 years) is preferred
- Experience using customer transaction software (CRM order entry) is preferred
Compensation includes:
- Competitive wage, annual discretionary bonus. Pay Rage $20.58 to $29.86
- Defined contribution retirement plan with additional company match.
- Paid Time Off plan.
Location: Physical work location in Bellingham, WA. Occasional telecommuting may be available for this position.
